Ichthus House Homestay Conditions
- Homestay guests should be a minimum of 17 years of age.
- Guests will stay at Ichthus House as members of the family of Revd. and Mrs Gibbs and will be expected to conform in harmony with the interests and requirements of the family as are reasonable.
- English is the language used by all Homestay guests staying at Ichthus house and should be practised whenever possible.
- If, for any reason, you have to cancel your booking, 14 days notice must be given in writing, whereupon a refund of costs less administration fee will be made. Unless such notice is given within this period the fees will be forfeited.
- If the Director is obliged to cancel any Homestay Programme, the Director will notify the guest immediately of such cancellation, and offer an alternative date or a refund of all monies paid.
- The Director of Ichthus House Homestay shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, delay or inconvenience suffered or incurred by a guest as a result of any circumstances outside the control of the Director of Ichthus House Homestay.
- This agreement shall be governed by English Law and the parties hereto irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in respect of any dispute or matter arising out of this agreement.
